Miles Hiers, Highland Memorial Park is a 55-acre perpetual care cemetery established to create a park-like setting where cemetery and funeral home services could serve the community in coordination. It is the only gated memorial park in Marion County. The grounds include a natural pond, majestic oak trees, and maintained gardens designed to provide a peaceful setting for visitors. The Heritage of Faith Mausoleum Complex offers indoor, outdoor, and private estate mausoleum options. The Garden of Freedom's Heroes is a dedicated section for veterans and their families. Most of the park utilizes flush markers to maintain a manicured appearance, with the exception of the Hillcrest section, which permits marble monuments.
