Calvary Cemetery, established and dedicated in 1953 by Bishop Robert Armstrong, is the second-largest Catholic Cemetery of the Diocese of Sacramento. Located in Citrus Heights just off Highway 80 and Greenback Lane, the cemetery features more than forty acres of rolling hills and green lawns with the Sierra Nevada Mountains as a backdrop. Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is a full service provider of End-Of-Life care for the Catholic Community in the Diocese of Sacramento, accompanying families as they honor their loved ones in harmony with Catholic Rites of Christian Funeral and Burial.
