While Sinai can provide these services themselves, they welcome congregational groups that wish to independently perform ritual cleansing (Taharah), dress the deceased in traditional burial shrouds (Tachrichim), and provide a spiritual guard (Shomer). A Shomer can visit Sinai's facilities during open hours or outside working hours if arrangements are made. Sinai also has Shomers available for a modest fee.
