Santa Rosa Memorial Park was established in 1885 by Odd Fellows Lodge No. 53 and serves as the final resting place of many of Santa Rosa's early residents. Operating as a 501(c)(13) nonprofit cemetery corporation solely for the benefit of interred individuals and the community, it is a non-religious, non-sectarian organization welcoming people of all backgrounds and beliefs. The cemetery remains deeply rooted in its historic past while committed to future growth, with plans to develop additional land providing nearly 2,000 new grave spaces, urn plots, niches, and green burial sections at both the main location and Shiloh Annex.

When are decorations removed from graves?
Flowers left after services are removed after 7 days or when unsightly. All decorations are removed yearly beginning January 15, with items in good condition respectfully bagged and placed in the holding area. Decorations may return after annual cleanup ends February 14.

Potted plants are permitted on mausoleum floors only on: Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, and Christmas. They are removed within 7 days or when unsightly.
