Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations or hire a decorator. We require a Certificate of Insurance for all external vendors (e.g., florists, decorators, photographers, etc.). However, please note that the use of confetti, straw, birdseed, rice, silly string, powder, sparklers, glitter, or smoke machines is strictly prohibited. Flame candles are also prohibited.

We have a wonderful catering partner on campus. Harvest Table Culinary Group is our exclusive provider for food and beverages. No, parking is free for events; however, during the academic year, we recommend that guests park in the venue parking lot to avoid confusion with student parking.

The University requires all non-university events to carry comprehensive general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance can be obtained through an existing business or homeowner's insurance company. Most insurance companies will provide a rider policy for the day of the event for a nominal fee.
