Earned Funeral Director Certificate and completed apprenticeship in 2013. Oversees financial and administrative operations for all three funeral chapels (Heights, North, and Springfield). Married to Hector Velasquez with three children.

Developed interest in mortuary industry at a young age by volunteering at the funeral chapels. Played Varsity Tennis, received MVP his Junior year. Married to Monica Castro-Jackson with three children (Haley, Joseph Michael IV, and Jordan).
