It operates as a comprehensive funeral and memorial park serving families throughout the Bay Area with two primary locations: the main Cypress Lawn memorial park and funeral facility in Colma, and Sneider & Sullivan & O'Connell funeral home in San Mateo. The organization is committed to serving all with compassion, integrity, and commitment to preservation. In addition to funeral and cremation services, Cypress Lawn maintains a diverse, internationally celebrated arboretum, historic monuments and memorial gardens across multiple campuses (East Campus with 19th-century grounds, West Campus, Hillside Gardens, and Olivet Gardens), and operates the Heritage Foundation to preserve the historical art and architecture of its memorial park through education, archives, and community initiatives.
