Arlington Heritage Memorial Grounds

Arlington Heritage Memorial Grounds Corporation is a Texas Charitable Non-Profit Corporation organized under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), formed to enable the restoration and preservation of historic cemeteries in Arlington, Texas. The organization was formally established with a groundbreaking ceremony on February 22, 2019, and has completed restoration work including ornamental fencing, gates, walkways, benches, and grave marker restoration. The grounds, located in the 600 block of West Arkansas Lane, represent a significant part of Arlington's history spanning from the early 1800s, with burials documented from 1796 through 1954. The project has been supported by the Arlington Historical Society, volunteers, the City of Arlington, and Tarrant County representatives.
