Except in certain special cases, embalming is NOT required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as a Direct Cremation, or Immediate Burial.

We accept Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards (with a 3% processing fee), and insurance policies (with an 8% processing fee). No personal checks accepted. All charges are due and payable 48 hours prior to the final disposition.

There is no evidence that any casket represented as having protective features, which may include a gasket, will preserve human remains. The Funeral Home makes no representations or warranties about the protective value of certain caskets or other burial containers other than those made by the manufacture.
