America's Cremation

Except in certain special cases, embalming is NOT required by law. Embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as a Direct Cremation, or Immediate Burial.

This fee covers Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to initial calls; arrangement conference; coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased; clerical assistance in the completion of various forms associated with a funeral; and covers overhead which includes facility maintenance, equipment and inventory costs, insurance and administration expenses, and governmental compliance.

We accept Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards (with a 3% processing fee), and insurance policies (with an 8% processing fee). No personal checks accepted. All charges are due and payable 48 hours prior to the final disposition.

There is no evidence that any casket represented as having protective features, which may include a gasket, will preserve human remains.
