American Crematory provides a Standard Two (2) Year Warranty on all parts for Cremation Units. Processors and Lift Tables come with a 1 year warranty. A 3 Year Warranty is offered on Specific Models coupled with Specific Operating Systems. All defective parts will be replaced at no charge and only labor charges will apply. A 5 Year Warranty is offered with a service contract.

Each unit is custom made and manufacturing does not begin until the exact specifications are known. Manufacturing period can run from 14 to 20 weeks depending on the unit. American Crematory makes every effort to complete units as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Additional costs include shipping (varies by fuel cost and time of year), rigging/crane service, licensed electrician for electrical work, plumber for gas connections, local building permits, and stacks if height requirements exceed the standard 10 feet provided.
